Safety enhancement of a genetically modified live rabies vaccine strain by introducing an attenuating Leu residue at position 333 in the glycoprotein

Kazuma Okada is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Infectious Disease Education and Research (CiDER), Osaka University. His research focuses on viral pathogenesis and RNA biology, developing tools to investigate the mechanisms of viral pathogenesis and replication. Outside the lab, he is an avid marathon runner (PB: 2:49:47) and trail runner.
